Jones International wanted customers to be able to explore and book its own coach holidays from a dedicated mobile experience. The app needed to present a varied holiday catalogue clearly while still collecting the passenger, departure and room information required by the booking process.
Pedwar developed the app for Android and iOS, using Jones International’s established visual identity and focusing the interface on the tasks customers need to complete on a smaller screen.
The app gives customers another direct route to the same important holiday information and booking tasks, designed specifically around mobile use. It complements the wider Jones International booking platform and demonstrates how a customer-facing app can form part of a broader business system.
