Architectural projects generate an important trail of drawings, documents and revisions. Darkin Architects needed more than a brochure website: the practice required a dependable way to make the right project files available to the right clients without relying on disconnected email attachments.
Alongside a complete website redesign, Pedwar developed a bespoke client portal within its content management system. Architects can upload and organise files against a project, while registered clients can sign in and reach the information relevant to them.
The finished platform combines Darkin Architects’ public website with a practical self-service area for live client work. It gives the practice a structured way to distribute project information and gives clients a clear route back to the latest files.
This project demonstrates how a bespoke business system can sit naturally behind a professional website. If your organisation is managing customer files through inboxes and shared folders, discuss the process with Pedwar.
